When I began doing Cathe Workouts: When I was about 18 or 19 is when I fully started doing her videos.
How I found out about Cathe Workouts: My mom was always doing Gilad videos when I was little, and then I started doing them on Fit Tv while I was in high school. That's how I came across Cathe's shows and now I have my own collection!
Why I love doing Cathe Workouts: Cathe makes me feel motivated, and by doing the workouts, the rest of my day feels ten times better. Not to mention the results you see

Other Workout DVDs that I own: I Own some Billy Blanks dvds and The Firm, Cardio Coach V. 1,2,3 (not a DVD though), GoFit Kettlebell
My Fitness Goals: To to get a smokin' bod haha :) Oh and to be able to wear a swim suit, and to have 'great legs' To stop eating candy.....it's my weakness

Another reason I need to get the rest of the gym style series! I only have GS Legs! Plus I'm like 2 years behind! I'm still in August 07 haha
