Hello Ladies!

Just finished my workout:

Leaner Legs w/abs and stretch. I know on Cathe's rotation she had leaner legs then do
#2 coremax but leaner legs has abs...I just did those instead. I wasn't sure if she meant to do both!
Pull-ups:
5 underhand
2 over hand with holds for 5sec.
I wish these pull-ups were getting easier! They are tough!!!

Belinda: Way to go! Nice job on your workout! Debbie's rotations are tough too!!!

Amelia: Enjoy your video while you PW!

Hey Jay: Have fun with Cardio Blast! It is freezing here as well! It will be getting even colder in the next few days! I really hate this cold weather!
