Hello Ladies!
Just finished my workout:
Leaner Legs w/abs and stretch. I know on Cathe's rotation she had leaner legs then do
#2 coremax but leaner legs has abs...I just did those instead. I wasn't sure if she meant to do both!
Pull-ups:
5 underhand
2 over hand with holds for 5sec.
I wish these pull-ups were getting easier! They are tough!!!
