Good morning!! I have a nice case of DOMS this morning, those slow lunges from GS Legs are unreal...I'm so glad I followed Cathe's lead and only did 5 pounds per hand on these..this exercise is definitely not about the weight involved. I think today might be some form of KPC with abs as well.
Gayle...Do you have the recipe for this soup, I may have to try it. You have to give us a review of the Wii Fit...OMG Kickbox on the Wii...party at Gayle's sometime...I have to try this!

Great job on RS...you know, me and S don't mesh! I think you probably hurt your traps by listening to Cathe and decided to throw a few pallets of dog food over each shoulder at the store and just don't want to admit it!! Only Cathe could make a grocery trip into ShopMax..(for those of you who have no clue about this...check out the Cathe/CNN post on OD).
Conni...Imax 2, great job!! I bought it for the Cardio and Weights DVD that's included with it, because me and choreography don't mesh...it's a victory when I can tie both sneakers without falling over!
