It's so weird. I did the whole workout straight through and maybe that was too much for a first time ..? Or it's just such a different kind of workout that it worked muscles normally not used as much, or in the same way? ? I'm really not sure I understand it but I DID love the workout . It made me feel focused and strong while I was doing it . And if DOMS are a good indication, it is very VERY effective !
I'm with you on not wanting to start spending money at this point on more workouts or equipment but this really peaked my interest and I just kept reading more and more about it and decided I wanted to try it out. And not to try to convince you , but I'm glad I did. It's a completely different way to workout .
