Good Morning!
I was up at 4:00 again and did the "Up Only" premix from PLB. I want to start slow and this was perfect for me. I only do the weight section, no floor work ( which I hate).
It's pretty cool here today, and finally no rain!
I did notice that thread about people canceling thier STS orders due to financial issues. Does Cathe give you a 100% refund if you do that? We should have had the dang thing by now...but I won't go there..

Yes we had the same weather Sunday night...rain and high winds. We were lucky ..a lot of people here lost power but we didn;t. I can't wait for STS so we can all start out together and see how it goes. I am not used to a whole hour workout...but I will set my mind and do it!

The Double K's are doing well. Keegan goes in Thursday to be neutered..
..poor little guy! Did DS get approved for the apt? How is the job lately? Are you getting the help you need? Don;t you hate mandatory meetings?
