I did Step Fit today (I think it was that one, I forget now. It's the second one. She's wearing a big "MODA" shirt
) And I did three 1RM tests. I figured I better get back into doing those again.
My chest is super sore from GS chest/tri yesterday, and I can't even do all the push ups. I better keep working on it, because it looks like disc 1 of STS has a ton of them.
