Well, today is a rest day for me also. My weight dropped again after I did weights only yesterday. My doctor says I need cardio for my triglycerides to come down yet my body loses weight on weights only and no cardio. I can't win. I may go back to 3 days of weights and 2 days of cardio and see how that goes. This cardio everyday is hard on my body anyway at least my feet.
Have a great weekend, I am off today also because we are going to my sil's house to celebrate my mil and my birthdays which are only 2 days apart.:-)
