How I found out about Cathe Workouts: I bought a step and there was a free Cathe video in it. It was Allstep and I was completely LOST trying to follow it ! It was a challenge & I was determined to learn it. Eventually I did and I was HOOKED!! ; )

I totally forgot to come back and post my workout !
I did PUB down only premix /abs/ 40 min. stationary bike-hill program.
