Hello. I'm showered up and ready to head to my mom's for dinner in just a bit. DS went up for a nap at 1 and didn't actually go to sleep until he'd normally be getting up (4pm) so we are letting him stay up there a bit longer then originally intended before heading out. That's okay. Gives me time on the forums!;)

Cardio X is done and I am in a MUCH better place both physically and mentally now that I've done it. I swear exercise is like *MAGIC* sometimes. I don't know how I ever lived with out it! :-)

Diana: Lots of cleaning for you today, huh? It may not be fun but I'm sure you'll feel a good sense of accomplishment when you are done. B&G is a tough work out. No need for you to feel guilty for not following it up with cardio although the cardio DOES ease some of the impending DOMS for me when I do both. My throat was never going to stop me from working out. I had intended today as a rest or yoga day already. I opted to work out cause I was having a bad day in every way and new a work out would help me feel better. Yoga just wasn't going to be enough.

Cathy: Glad you enjoyed the Bee movie. Have fun with whatever cardio you choose!:-)

Angie: Where you at girl? So did you turn up the heat in your house when you did Hot Yoga or is Hot referring to Baron's body? LOL J/K :P Now TONY could DEFINATELY pull off a vid called HOT Yoga!!!}(
Lucky you with the 10 hours of sleep! I actually have a hard time sleeping that much at night any more. 8 hours is my limit most times. I like the afternoon cat nap as well though. If I lose my voice I am coming to get ya girl!}( LOL

Okay, time to get DS up and off to grandma's house we go!:7
