Hi everyone
well yesterday (Saturday) I had
B - fruit
S - fruit
L - oats, almonds, pumpkin seeds and soy yogurt
S - fruit
D - homemade chickpea burgers and salad.
Thanks Carole, I think I will try adding beans to my salads too. It is summer here at the moment so all the yummy fruit is in abundance.
