Default Love to slide

Hi! I just wanted to say that the people who discovered the slide, did it for athletes who were recovering from knee injuries. It isn't bad for the knees. I just love my slide! It is a very high intensity-low impact workout. My heartrate is higher than when I do high impact aerobics. I got my slide form the Step Co.(1-800-saystep). It adjusts to 4,5,6 and 7 feet. It is hard and doesn't roll up. It has a nonskid pad underneath so it doesn't shift. It also has a handle to carry at the top. There aren't too many video selections to chose from but you can just slide your favorite show on tv or favorite video. I slide while I watch Cathe jumping around on MIC hi/lo section. Then I get off my slide and do stepping. It works great. It works your inner and outer thighs very intensely! Hope this helps!
