Power Kicks

Just wanted to add that I really like this tape too. Aside from a live kickboxing class, this is the best kickboxing workout I have done. At first I didn't think it was going to be a good cardio workout, that it wouldn't raise my heart rate, but was I wrong. Especially by the kicking section, your heart rate is up there, the kicks work the hard-to-tone upper hip area and your abs work anytime you lift the leg. And it is fun, especially after a few workouts when you are really kicking powerfully. Personally, I always pretend that I am kicking or punching my coworkers or ex's. But that is just me.
