vhs_one_picWe can’t think of a better way to celebrate our twenty year anniversary than by re-releasing a digitally re-mastered Step N Motion #1 which was Cathe’s very first solo workout video and one of the first step videos ever made. Cathe was only 24 when she made this advanced step workout which became the #1 selling step video in 1989. The video is not perfect and will have some lines and artifacts, but is still in pretty good shape considering the technology that was used to film it as well as the age of the video.

Step N Motion 1 was released at the IDEA International Aerobics Convention in 1989 and completely sold out on the first day! This video became a “must have” for every aerobics instructor in the country and catapulted Cathe onto the world stage helping to create a movement that is known today as Power Stepping.

We can’t think of a better way to celebrate our twenty year anniversary than by having our next EB road trip (March 26th - 28th, 2010) in the city where Cathe first released Step N motion1  and launched her career over twenty years ago at the young age of 24 - San Diego, CA.

The choreography in this video, of course, is now extremely dated, but if you want to take a walk down memory lane and see Cathe at the young age of 24 and have fun doing a blast from the past, you will want to download this video. Step Aerobics has come a long way since 1989, but many people still seem to love this video.

Step N Motion #1 is intense and features strong powerful athletic movements as opposed to more dancy movements.
This digitally re-mastered video is now available for download for the low price of only $4.97. We have also now posted a video clip on YouTube of Step n Motion 1 so you can watch before you buy. - Purchase | View Clip

Thanks for making thisavailable! In 1989 I was doing Jane Fonda’s VHS tape. I plan to use my download of SNM #1 very soon and am looking forward to it!

I would love to have this video. But… is it available in VHS format? My CPU cannot handle downloads of videos - it’s a “mini” system.

We stopped selling VHS tapes many years ago
