1 can of crab meat
1 box of baby bella mushrooms
1/2 block of fat free softened cream cheese
1 Laughing Cow Light Original Swiss wedges
a little light shredded cheese of choice (parmesan or asiago is great)
1 Low Carb Tortilla (like Mama Lupe’s)
Preheat oven to 350. In a small bowl mix crab meat, cream cheese, Laughing cow cheeses together until smooth and creamy. Then wash and take stems out of mushrooms coring out a little whole in each. Stuff the mushrooms with the crabby cheese mixture and then top with a little light shredded cheese on each and bake until bubbly and a bit golden. Take the leftover crabby cream cheese mixture and spread evenly on a tortilla all over, then roll into a burrito type roll and slice into 3/4 inch sliced pinwheels! Serve and enjoy!
