Cathe's New To The Max DVD Features Thirteen Premixes

To The Max is a 53 minute high intensity interval workout that blends Step, Tabata, HiiT , Compound Circuit training and Core all into one amazing workout.

Just like CrossFire, superb chaptering and numerous premixes combined with extra bonus footage, like low impact Slide N Glide Tabata and Fitness Tabata, transform this single workout into what will seem like more than ten kick butt exercise routines.

    Do I have to buy the physical DVD copy to get the premixes? I love the Cathe Downloads but miss some of the premixes from the DVDs.

    You can make them in our Workout Blender, but otherwise you would need our DVDs to get the Premixes.
