Sharon, Cedie, Cathe, Nancy, Lorraine, Brenda and Jai are now on their way to NYC tonight to celebrate the filming of the 4 Day Split series. It has always been a ritual for Cathe and the crew to celebrate the completion of each workout series by having dinner together and some fun afterwards.
