Our new CrossFire video is not about fancy or new tricky chorography. Instead, Crossfire is all about the “Workout” and maximizing your time with the greatest calorie burn possible during and long after you have finished this action-packed workout.

With 12 premixes that each offers a different workout length and intensity you will never get bored and you will always be able to do a CrossFire workout that fits your busy schedule.

CrossFire’s detailed chaptering and DVD menus mean you can easily skip almost any section of the workout you want to, or you can quickly and easily go to the exact exercise section you want to try. Your Crossfire DVD or Download will play from the chapter you select all the way to the end of the workout.

We’ve also added an information bar that will appear for a few seconds at the beginning of every segment of the workout that will tell you the equipment you will need for the exercises to come and the weight Cathe is using. Interval countdown clocks are shown for most of the Tabata and HiiT sections.
