| The
first Video Fitness "road trip" was held on June 6-7 and was organized by Donna
Kahwaty. Cathe taught two aerobic classes and one Spinning class on Saturday. Everyone and
Cathe went to a local restaurant for lunch and conversation after the first class. At
night we had a Q/A session with our head personal trainer-Pat. Needless to say everyone
was wiped out by the end of the night, but seemed to of had a good time. On Sunday Cathe taught an early morning aerobics class for everyone and we all said our good-byes! |
