The fourth Cathe Road Trip
Began on October fifteen.
There were many new faces
And a Buddha belly to be seen!

About 50 of VF's Cathe fans
Were able to show.
Some, with their hubbies
And babies in tow.

We checked out vids by the FIRM,
Kari, Christi and Billy.
But after Aaronís ìDonít hurt me!î
Things got a little silly.

After a good night's sleep
And breakfast to refuel
We headed to Cathe's
For a step class -- how cool!

We did lots of fun moves,
Some from Step Works and MIC.
You could feel the whole room
Was chock full of energy.

By the time it was over
We were all ready to eat.
Lunch at the Italian Bistro...
Oh, what a treat!

After a yummy lunch
Came our strength workout.
With those muscles on fire
Many let out a shout.

Pat corrected our form
Throughout Body Pump
So that now, when we squat,
Our shoulders won't slump.

Sneaky VFers distracted Cathe
On Saturday night
So that Nancy and Wendy
Could whip up their "Devil Dog Delight."

Baby shower time had arrived --
Boy, time sure does fly!
Cathe said she was so touched,
She thought she might cry.
